There are only two guarantees in life:  death and taxes.  Sadly, an approved building permit is not one of those guarantees.  But we can help guide you through the process and can aim for an approval.  

As a long-time permit-fixer, we want to say "never" but that is not likely.  If you are losing your patience, or your temper, you likely need to hire someone who has the right temperament for this.  (This is my superpower, which is why I have been so successful at this for so long.)

Maui Permit Fixer can review your building permit status online, with you, on a recorded virtual call, up to 1 hour.  Once the call is completed, you will get an email with the video call recording, transcription of the call, and an action plan to follow up on your building permit.  (Maui GET is additional.)

We can help you audit your permit and get you closer to an approval.  The cost is $175 per hour and we charge in packages of 6 hours at once for a cost of $1,050.  When the 6 hours are spent, we can discuss what to do next:  rehire, or continue coaching you through.  (Maui GET is additional.)

To allow Maui Permit Fixer to audit your permit and contact reviewers for you, we have to be added as an "agent" in your MAPPS building permit.  Whoever is the lead/admin on your building permit can add additional contacts; you would simply pay the consulting fee, and then add Maui Permit Fixer to your permit in MAPPS.

Maui Permit Fixer can quote a per-project cost for whatever it is you need to get your permit approved.  Can we do Special Management Area pre-compliance and compliance reports?  Yes - and so much more.

Yes.  All projects are pay-for-fee service, and payment is required in advance to schedule.  Once you pay via the paypal link on the website, you can schedule a virtual call on the scheduler, which is not open until payment is received.  

Sometimes you have to make hard choices.  Sometimes the wait is not worth it.  Sometimes the cost is not worth it.  Sometimes the struggle is not worth it.  Whatever you decide to do, we will support you, but know we offer services to guide you to an approval.  If you decide to not continue, we certainly understand.

Yes.  Whether you built something you shouldn't have, or you bought something unpermitted, we can help you with after-the-fact permits.  Please know that this is a long, expensive process, that may involve a lot more than you anticipate.  We have been successful in getting very difficult after-the-fact permits approved.  Straight up, know these are not easy, fast, or cheap.  But they can be done.  If you are willing to go through it, so are we.
